Scott Monroe is the best attorney in St. Johns County and Duval. He’s taking on cases pro bono which include capital murder, manslaughter, trafficking, DUI, etc. for free because his previous partner left 30 plus clients without representation and stole their money. Don’t be fooled by Mr. King’s reviews; he stole them from Scott Monroe. He stays up till midnight calling every client back. So he’s representing these cases for free not because he has to but because he believes in every single client.
